what is this?

i saw this on ollie's back paw today....

should i be worried?
should i wait, or go to the vet?
i see him licking it, but he doesn't cry like it hurts....

    I can't really see what it is, but if you have insurance I'd say take him in. Or you could google diagnose him but that always makes me crazy.
    I like your nail color btw!

    omg. google-ing symptoms always comes back with the worst possible scenario! LOL.

    it seems to be doing better, less red and less puffy.
